The General Practice Board of America, Inc. ("Board") is a non-profit examining and certifying board, which was incorporated under the laws of the State of Kansas.

The Board only accepts applications from physicians who are active, compliant and good-standing members of the General Physicians Academy of America, Inc., which is a Kansas Domestic Non-Profit Corporation, ("Academy") (and which is a professional society that is separate and different from the Board). Any application received from any physician, who is not an active, compliant and good-standing member of the Academy, will not be accepted by the Board.
